We design and handcraft our Kanilea Pen Co. writing instruments with our own custom-blended materials, using Argentium silver clips and precious metal medallions, to make every pen a unique creation. Each Kanilea fountain and ballpoint pen is checked and tested throughout its creation process to ensure the pen you receive is of the highest quality.

Kanilea Pen Co. uses United Parcel Service (UPS) with signature required. Shipping options and costs will appear during your checkout process. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box address, so please be sure to use a street address as your "shipping" address.
Consult individual fountain pen or ballpoint pen webpages for approximate delivery estimates. Orders for nibs, necklaces, or drawstring bags are shipped within 7 business days. If any item you order is out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail within 2-3 business days with an estimated delivery date. Orders for multiple items will be held to ship together.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, and refund any order, at our discretion. Kanilea Pen Co. is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Kanilea Pen Co. is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
We ship to Canada and select countries around the world. Shipping rates exclude taxes, duties, and other charges that may apply to your order, which will be your responsibility.
To avoid extra shipping charges, contact us directly before placing an additional order if an online order has already been placed but has not yet shipped.
If you’d like your pen to reach you quickly once it has been created, we offer UPS Next Day and 2-Day delivery options.
Order cancellations will incur a 5% fee to cover the cost of refunding your payment through our merchant processing service (PayPal), which will be deducted from your refund.
We want you to love your Kanilea pen and enjoy using it for many years to come. If you find that your pen needs some aloha, please contact us directly.
Exchanges or Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your new Kanilea pen! If you are not feeling the aloha with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss exchanging your pen.
If you ultimately elect to return your pen, the purchase price will be credited back to you through your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal), less shipping charges (to/from) and a 10% restocking fee. Any pen returned must be in new and undamaged condition, and packaged in its original box with all accompanying materials.
We reserve the right of final determination for any credits or refunds issued. Special/custom orders and orders older than 14 days are not returnable.
