We design and handcraft our Kanilea Pen Co. writing instruments with our own custom-blended materials, using Argentium silver clips and bands, and precious metal medallions, to make every pen a unique creation. Each Kanilea fountain and ballpoint pen is checked and tested throughout its creation process to ensure the pen you receive is of the highest quality.

Shipping
Kanilea Pen Co. uses United Parcel Service (UPS) with signature required for all our domestic and international shipping. Shipping options and costs will appear during your checkout process and include the cost of UPS's signature required service. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box address, so please be sure to use a street address as your "shipping" address.
Consult individual product webpages for approximate delivery estimates. Orders for multiple items will be held to ship together.
Kanilea Pen Co. is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Kanilea Pen Co. is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
International Orders
We ship to Canada using UPS signature required—shipping to other international destinations has been suspended due to global shipping challenges.
Shipping rates exclude taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply to your order, which will be your responsibility. UPS must have an email address and a telephone number (your mobile number is best) for you, so be sure to include both when you place your order with us.
Combined Shipments
To avoid extra shipping charges, contact us directly before placing an additional order if an online order has already been placed but has not yet shipped.
Expedited Shipping
If you’d like your pen to reach you quickly once it has been created, we offer UPS Next Day and 2-Day delivery options.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations for any reason—by the customer or by Kanilea—will incur a 5% fee to cover the cost of refunding your payment through our merchant processing services, which will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, and refund any order, at our discretion. In addition, we reserve the right of final determination for any refunds issued.
Repairs
We want you to love your Kanilea pen and enjoy using it for many years to come. If you find that your pen needs some aloha, please contact us directly.
Exchanges or Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your new Kanilea pen! If you are not feeling the aloha with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss exchanging your pen.
If you ultimately elect to return your pen, the purchase price will be credited back to you through your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal), less shipping charges (to/from) and a 10% restocking fee. Any pen returned must be in new and undamaged condition, and packaged in its original box with all accompanying materials.
We reserve the right of final determination for any credits or refunds issued. Special/custom orders and orders older than 14 days are not returnable.
